Greetings Tucsonans and the Rest!
They say write about what you know...well I guess I know Tucson pretty well. I moved here when I was 8 years old back in 1976, yes I know how old that makes me! Back then the Tanque Verde Swapmeet was still on Tanque Verde and Speedway was dubbed the "Ugliest Street in America by Life magazine. (Picture to follow. It was pretty bad.) I am now a grandmother and Tucson has changed so much.
